JOINTS
As long as all joints run like clockwork, it moves fine.
Precisely then, precautions should be taken to ensure that joint health is
maintained for as long as possible. But at the latest, when the shoe pinches or
a joint starts to hurt, you have to deal with it.
CONSTRUCTION
In principle, joints consist of the joint surfaces of two
opposing bones. To prevent bone from rubbing on bone, they are covered by a
very smooth cartilage layer. The joint fluid in between serves to further
reduce the friction resistance and - very important, please - to nourish the
joint cartilage. Through this viscous fluid called synovia, the cartilage
receives the essential macro and micronutrients it needs. Therefore, the bones
and cartilage of the joints are closely related and treated together.
NORMAL AGING PROCESS
In life, the articular cartilage wears out, and bone mass is
reduced. The lifestyle and the nutritional style essentially determines how
quickly this process progresses.
Look unfavorable
·
heavy or wrong exposure
·
Deformation of the bone due to osteoporosis
·
Obesity
·
no movement
·
certain metabolic diseases
·
one-sided, extreme diet
DO YOU HEAR IT? CARPE DIEM
With every joint motion, the synovial fluid is pressed
through between the two cartilage coatings, and the cartilage is squeezed out
like a sponge and then soaked with the nutritious juice. This is how their diet
works, which means that exercise is always good for you. Even in the advanced
stage of osteoarthritis (joint wear), especially in everyday, symptom-free
life. The bone lives from being used. It is continuously subject to a
simultaneous assembly and dismantling process. There is no standstill.
Sports that do not put additional weight on the joints are
particularly recommended:
·
swim
·
Aqua jogging
·
To go biking
In young adulthood, the bones and joints reach their maximum
stability. One speaks of peak bone and means the zenith of the skeleton's
density. This age is a decisive factor in how well you can build up this
resource of healthy bones. As a reserve for later.
DIET AND MICRONUTRIENTS
Scientifically recognized minerals to help maintain normal
bone health
·
Coral calcium
·
magnesium
·
manganese
·
Vitamin D3
·
Vitamin K
·
zinc
Also, from an orthomolecular medical point of view, one must
add
·
vitamin C
·
Omega 3 fatty acids (also available in vegan
form, Omega 3 vegan )
If one believes in the nutritional, medical societies, a
healthy diet is sufficient to absorb the listed quantity and trace elements sufficiently.
I think academic institutions have done the math without teenagers' and young
adults' diets!
At this point, I would like to explicitly mention that the
experience from years of blood analysis in the ordination paints a different
picture. In my experience, nobody adheres to these recommendations anyway,
namely to eat vegetables three times a day and fruit two times a day, which is
why the analyzes show the deficits in the micronutrient supply in practice.
I have to mention that the standard values for the above
nutrients were calculated for healthy people without the illness. They,
therefore, only apply to a limited extent to sick people.
Also, I see myself obliged to mention that the regular drug
products for osteoporosis treatment are mostly insufficient, for example, to be
adequately supplied with vitamin D3. Not to mention poorly soluble calcium
compounds and senseless additives.
RISK GROUPS
This group includes people who cannot eat enough or whose
intake of necessary bone and joint-supporting substances is restricted due to
digestive disorders.
So this includes people with:
·
all gastrointestinal intolerance (lactose
intolerance, fructose intolerance) and
·
gastrointestinal diseases (e.g., inflammatory
bowel disease) as well
·
People with resorption disorders due to
medication, such as taking a "stomach protection" (acid blocker), and
those who
·
Bone metabolism due to medication (e.g.,
cortisone) is irregular
·
Those who don't exercise and couch potatoes are
also included
Here is a list of drug groups and diseases that increase the
risk of osteoporosis
·
Glucocorticoids (cortisol)
·
Aromatase inhibitors (used in women to treat
breast cancer)
·
Drugs from people with epilepsy partly
·
Immunosuppressants (medicines that suppress the
immune system)
·
Medications from diabetics (diabetic patients)
partly
·
inflammatory bowel disease
·
People with eating disorders
·
Proton pump inhibitors (people who take a
stomach protectant)
·
People with excessive alcohol consumption
POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN
During productive life, the female hormones have a
protective effect on the bones. This is increasingly no longer applicable with
the change, especially in the first few years afterward. In particular, these
women should eat a healthy diet and exercise enough to maintain bone health for
as long as possible.
